1. You enter the wrong phone number in an e-mail message. When you enter the wrong code in an e-mail for your Teleseminar just send an e-mail. Put "0oops! Incorrect phone" or "Ooops, here is the right phone" But remember, some people may not see, so you want to remind them more than once in it. You can also set a reminder on hand, where they may go to charity or other materials.

2nd You forgot to schedule the call. If you use a service if it is your own line is never a problem. Even if you use a payment service does not hurt, a free line, so you can use it in an emergency.

3rd You forgot to ask about 5 minutes of lead time. Again, this is not a problem if you have your own line, but if you do not then you have to jump start your call in an hour. If so, you should test your equipment before you go on line (you should anyway), but you do not want to try listening to the conversation, if you can!

4. They plan to call at the wrong time. If guests want to have 6 o'clock and it is planned to 5:30, you're not so terrible. You can click on the line, and you have to answer questions or provide additional content. You can also send e-mail to a close associate and maybe they will get on the track and help you in the middle of that moment. If on the other hand, 5:30 and you want your guest to 6. Clock in the evening can be shown at 5:30 and go. Or send an e-mail, so always check your emails often from an hour and a half hours after the call. You can also download e-mails from people who can not find the small number of registration, not with so it's always good to check e-mail still there!
